the location was particularly good, at a moderate distance from piazza del duomo. it was about 0.5 km from the airport. the staff were very courteous at this place. we ate at a good restaurant with delicious breakfast and dinner.

30 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near to many business area. The rooms are tidy and generally offer a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe.

The location here is perfect for walking around and shopping.

Lovely and neat place. Incredibly attentive and reasonably good staff with duty manager. A great selection of amazing food. Comfortable atmosphere. Well-maintained and well-appointed rooms with good breakfast.

The room is extremely clean with a shower, hairdryer, and comfy bathrobes provided.

The food at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and thali dinners. the staff were warm, professional, and friendly, making my dining experience enjoyable. the location of the hotel is conveniently close to the exhibition ground, which was very convenient for my city trip.

The gymnasium at the hotel was very small and lacked sufficient equipment. It would have been great to have a more well-equipped gym.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me as it was near the Bombay exhibition center, which made it super convenient for me to attend my business meetings. Secondly, the staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Suresh greeted me with a warm welcome and provided all the information I needed about the hotel. I must mention Ellen, the female server who took care of my room service. It was refreshing to see a female staff member and she provided excellent service. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable king-size bed. And last but not least, the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good range of options to choose from.

Spent my Christmas in a hotel and it was not my best experience. However, there were some aspects that I enjoyed. The hotel was close to the beach, which was a plus for me since I love to swim. , the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. They were always ready and available to attend to my requests and needs. The room was spacious with good air conditioning.

The hotel was quite noisy, particularly at night, and this made it difficult for me to sleep. The walls were thin, and I could hear people talking and shouting in the hallway.

The hotel had excellent transport links, a lovely washroom with interactive surprises, and well-equipped rooms with smart TV options. The food quality was good.
